- intermediate texts before and after questions
- author
- concluding text
You can control globally:
- fonts
- colours
- variations in the arrangement of questions and answers, like blocking

Also you can define form checks to make sure that certain questions are answered or in a certain range.
After registration of the form at the data-collection-point you can upload the form and your online-survey is ready to go.
