Administration

This part of the program provides you with multiple wizards:
- copy survey
- copy surveys within a LAN or to a folder
- compile data from different folders
- compile data from a data-collection-point
- compile data within a LAN
- create calculated variables
- weight data
- delete all collected data

Copying within LAN

Copying surveys in a LAN, to provide different workstations with a copy of a survey, can be a time-consuming job. GrafStat wizards can assist you with the distribution and collection of survey data within a LAN.

Alternatively GrafStat can be set up to provide all surveys through a file-server. Now the individual workstations can get a copy of the survey at any time.

More Wizards

There are some external programs, which are installed with GrafStat and can be started through the Windows Start Menu:

- GrafShow (create a screen presentation)
- GrafMat (automated evaluation)
- GrafComposer (create a catalogue of questions and build new questionnaires)
- GrafMix (compile parts of surveys into one survey)
- GrafTeam (exchange and compile evaluations in a LAN)
