The Basic List

The basic list provides an overview of all the data in a survey. You can also use it for deleting specific data records, exporting data, finding and deleting duplicates.
The export function saves all data or just a selected part, using filters, in a general text format. It is very useful, if you want to evaluate data in other programs like Excel or SPSS. There is a special SPSS expot format available.

A practical use for managing lists: You could integrate open answers into the export-table and use GrafStat as a tool for organizing events, lists of members and other indidual data collections.
